Return & Exchange Policy

At Mobella, we are committed to supplying genuine products to our business customers. As we operate as a B2B wholesale supplier, all purchases are intended for commercial use. Customers are requested to carefully review their orders before confirming a purchase.

No Return or Exchange

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been delivered successfully.

As a wholesale business, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, customer preference, or compatibility issues. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered meet their business requirements before placing an order.

Order Inspection

Customers are requested to inspect their shipment immediately upon delivery. If the shipment appears to be tampered with or physically damaged during transit, it should be reported to the delivery partner and to us immediately.

Any claims regarding missing items or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

Product Warranty

All products sold by Mobella are covered solely by the respective manufacturer's warranty, where applicable.

Once a product has been delivered in good condition, any manufacturing defects, performance issues, or warranty-related concerns must be addressed directly through the authorized service center or warranty process provided by the manufacturer.

Mobella does not provide any independent product warranty and is not responsible for warranty claims after successful delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited to supplying the correct products in good condition. Once delivery has been completed successfully, the ownership, risk, and responsibility for the products pass to the customer.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use, malfunction, or failure of any product supplied.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
